Q: What information should I have before I contact a Simplex Service Technician?

Please have at least one but preferably all of the Simplex drawings that were provided with your equipment.

Q: What if I don't have any of the drawings?

Locate the serial number on the equipment (e.g. Job # 105226-1-1 or Work Order # 86031-14-43). Our Service Technician should be able to locate your service agreement and the drawings using the serial number.
